Vast knowledge in the financial field including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, business acquisitions, treasury and cash management, debt restructuring, cost accounting, internal controls and compliance, accounting, among others. A strong background in the accounting field combines accounting with financial analysis to enhance the understanding of the financials of the companies served. Former experience in public accounting firms provides the basis for strong documentation standards, understanding process flows, analyzing transactions and processes, while recommending how to enhance core processes for a robust structure.
Developing internal audit functions is amongst other services rendered, from selecting the right personnel, designing the working and audit plan, coaching internal auditors on how to document findings and share them with executive teams, and providing support to evaluate needs for internal controls and internal audit reporting tools. Within company executives, we promote the value added by an internal auditor in any type of company either, manufacturing or automotive.
