Felix D. Moreno has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a concentration on accounting. He has over ten years’ experience in accounting related functions. Served as Senior Tax Associate at Carbonell & Co, LLP and as Accounting Manager at DT&C Global Management in Chicago, Illinois.
He provided a variety of accounting services such as preparation of monthly accounting and bookkeeping reports and reconciliations, calculation and preparation of employee checks and deposits for government agencies, preparation of Payroll Quarterly and Annual Returns, review of financial records, such as prior tax returns, income statements, and documentation of expenditures to determine forms needed to prepare returns, tax returns and the analysis and due diligences needed to resolve tax notices from government agencies for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and estates among others. He has also been responsible for the training and supervision of other staff members.
He joined MEC Consulting in October 2015 as an accounting and tax consultant. His focus has been in resolving tax matters of customers and providing timely and accurate record keeping for small, medium customers as well as non-for-profit organizations. Currently, he is the Tax Manager for the firm’s customers.
