Mildred L. Nieves

Mildred Nieves has a major in Commercial Advertising from University of Puerto Rico, Carolina Campus; Master’s degree in Human Resources from Universidad Metropolitana, Bayamon campus.  Also, has HR Manager Certification and Compensation and Benefits Certification, while also is a Real Estate Agent.  Started her career in telecom industry in the human resources field, served as HR consultant for recruiting firms in PR, and was owner of a business demonstrating her entrepreneurship abilities and passion.

Her focus on continuous improvement led her to an Introduction to Paralegal Studies; OSHA 511 for General Industry and various certifications and trainings as The New Role of Administrative Assistants; 4 Disciplines; OSHA 7505 Accident Investigation; 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers. She joined MEC Consulting in August 2022 as Senior Human Resources Consultant.
